Yeah… I went wheat and dairy free for 6 months to a year… it was interesting. Filled with salads, chips and salsa, rice and beans, beans and rice (to quote Dave Ramsey), etc. You get used to some interesting foods.

William – that’s for sure. Since my diet is a lifestyle change that will remain in effect for my entire life, I’m sure I’ll come across some real interesting substitutions š Haha!
